2. Goals should have varying time frames
3. Goals must be achievable
4. Goals must have consequences for failure
5. Goals must be fun to pursue

Examples

• I want to free my hometown from the rule of the orc clans
• I want to break the curse plaguing my family line
• I want to replace my fleshy body with one of steel and chrome

Questions to answer

• What is a mid-term goal this character has? Remember, it doesn't need to be world-shattering, but it needs to be important to them and difficult to accomplish.
• What are one or two short-term goals that would help the character work toward that mid-term goal?
